NTTARGETFILE1

The NTTARGETFILE1 macro is exactly like NTTARGETFILE0, except that it is invoked later in the build process. NTTARGETFILE0 is invoked on Pass 0 or later passes; NTTARGETFILE1 is invoked on Pass 1 or later passes.

Both NTTARGETFILE0 and NTTARGETFILE1 cause the Build utility to change directories to a specified subdirectory and to run the NMAKE utility on Pass0 or Pass1 when it ordinarily would not do so.

The existence of the macro controls when the Build utility includes Makefile.inc and tries to build the target.
