BINPLACE_LOG

Starting with the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows 7, the BINPLACE_LOG environment variable is used to specify the path for the Binplace.log file.

The BinPlace utility creates a log file that is specified by the BINPLACE_LOG environment variable. This log file contains the source and destination of each file that is processed by BinPlace.

In the Windows Driver Kit (WDK), the default value is:

 set BINPLACE_LOG=%_NTTREE%\build_logs\binplace.log
