Conditional formatting formulas are part of conditional formatting rules.

A conditional formatting formula shall not use array constants.

A conditional formatting formula shall not use structure references.

A conditional formatting formula shall not use union and intersection binary operators.

A conditional formatting formula shall not use 3-D references.
