3.1.4.2.1.1 bounds (Bounds)

This element defines the size and position of the DrawingML graphical object (OfficeArt object). If the OfficeArt object has an inline text wrapping mode, then the bounds shall be relative to the top-left corner of the OfficeArt object itself and the absolute position of the OfficeArt object is determined by its position in the text run. For floating text-wrapping modes, the bounds shall be relative to the top-left corner of the page.

While the range of possible values is defined by the ST_Coordinate simple type, in Office the unit of measure for the attributes of this element is the twip. A twip is equivalent to 1/1440th of an inch (or one-twentieth of a point).
