Excel restricts the value of this attribute to be at most 65535 characters.

Excel sets this value to be 0.

e.   The standard states that the SchemaLanguage attribute is a valid attribute, and that it specifies the media type of the schema language.

Office ignores the SchemaLanguage attribute, and assumes that any Custom XML Mappings (as specified in Section 18.16) use XML Schema (media type application/xml).

f.   The standard states that the complex type for the schema element defines its mixed attribute as true.

Excel ignores the mixed attribute on the schema element.
