2.1.941 Part 1 Section 18.17.7.119, FIND

a. The standard specifies that the start-pos argument shall be at least 0.

Office requires start-pos argument to be at least 1.

b. The standard states that FIND is intended for use with languages that use the single-byte character set (SBCS), whereas FINDB is intended for use with languages that use the double-byte character set (DBCS).

In Office, FIND is intended for use with any language, whereas FINDB is intended for use with languages that use the double-byte character set (DBCS).
