# Rational.Inequality Operator (Rational, UInt32)

Returns a value that indicates whether a rational number is not equal to an unsigned integer.

This API is not CLS-compliant.

#### Parameters

- rat
- Type: Microsoft.SolverFoundation.Common.Rational

A rational value.

- n
- Type: System.UInt32

An unsigned integer value.

#### Return Value

Type: System.Booleantrue if the rat parameter is not equal to the n parameter; otherwise, false.
