Returns a value that indicates whether a rational number is equal to another rational number.

#### Parameters

- rat1
- Type: Microsoft.SolverFoundation.Common.Rational

A rational value.

- rat2
- Type: Microsoft.SolverFoundation.Common.Rational

A second rational value.

#### Return Value

Type: System.Booleantrue if the rat1 parameter is equal to the rat2 parameter; otherwise, false.
