The FFWinPlugin Plug-in is a Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface (NPAPI) plug-in that enables Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 users to open and edit documents in their associated applications from a Mozilla Firefox web browser.

FFWinPlugin.EditDocument

Opens the specified document for editing using its associated application or the specified editor.

Opens the specified document for editing using its associated application or the specified editor based on the specified window object.

FFWinPlugin.EditDocument3

Opens the specified document for editing using its associated application or the specified editor based on the specified window object, and specifies whether to use a local copy.

FFWinPlugin.GetOfficeVersion

Gets the currently installed version of Microsoft Office.

FFWinPlugin.PromptedOnLastOpen

Used with the FFWinPlugin.CreateNewDocument2 method to determine whether the security dialog box that appears when a document is opened has already appeared.

FFWinPlugin.ViewDocument

Opens the document for reading instead of editing so that the document is not locked on the server.

FFWinPlugin.ViewDocument2

Opens the document for reading instead of editing so that the document is not locked on the server, and opens it in a specified window.

FFWinPlugin.ViewDocument3

Opens the document for reading instead of editing so that the document is not locked on the server, and opens it in a specified window with a specified type.
