188.8.131.52 Pipe-Delimited String Format
The pipe-delimited string format represents a Unicode string containing multiple substrings, delimited by the pipe ("|") character. Each substring cannot contain the pipe character. This string always ends with the pipe character, even if there is only one substring. This is a length-prefixed string with the first byte containing the length of the Unicode characters. The length of this string is limited to 255 characters.
