3.1.2 Timers
This protocol has a 10-second timer. It starts at the successful creation of the TCP connection between the client and server. The full length of the RDP_PRECONNECTION_PDU_V1 or RDP_PRECONNECTION_PDU_V2 MUST be sent by the client and received by the server within this window.
