Creates a Message object that represents a WS-Trust RST message.

Parameters

request
The RequestSecurityToken to serialize into the message.

requestType
The type of WS-Trust request to serialize. This parameter must be one of the string constants in RequestTypes.

Return Value

The Message object that represents the WS-Trust message.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
