[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Occurs when the WSFederationAuthenticationModule is going to redirect the user to the Identity Provider. This event handler can be used to change the SignInRequestMessage.
