Creates and sets the element as a child of the specified parent.

Parameters

The GUID of the UI factory that should the UI element.
- elementId
- Type: System::UInt32
The ID of the UI element to be created and displayed.
- dataSource
- Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop::IVsUISimpleDataSource
The data source.
- parent
- Type: System.Windows::FrameworkElement
The framework element to be used as parent.
- frameworkElement
- Type: System.Windows::FrameworkElement%
[out] The created child framework element.
Return Value
Type: System::Booleantrue if the parent relationship could be established, otherwise false.
