Creates and displays a UI element as a modeless child window.

Parameters
- factory
- Type: System::Guid
The GUID of the UI factory that should create the UI element.
- elementId
- Type: System::UInt32
The ID of the UI element to be created and displayed.
- dataSource
- Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop::IVsUISimpleDataSource
The data source.
- parent
- Type: System::IntPtr
The parent window handle.
