Series Properties Dialog Box, Series Data
Select Series Data on the Series Properties dialog box to define the categories and values on the x- and y-axes. For an introduction to the value and category axes, see Working with Chart Data Regions in SQL Server Books Online.
Options
- Value field
Select a field or type an expression that evaluates to values that will be used on the value axis of the chart.
- Category field
Select a field or type an expression that evaluates to categories that will be used on the category axis of the chart.
- Tooltip
Select a field or type an expression that evaluates to texts that will be used as tooltips for the data points.
