Radial Gauge Properties Dialog Box, General (Visual Studio Report Designer)

Use the Gauge Properties dialog box to set general size and position options for an individual gauge within the gauge panel.

Options

  • Name
    Type a unique name for this gauge.
  • Tooltip
    Type a label or expression for the ToolTip to be displayed when the mouse is hovered over the gauge panel.
  • Auto-fit all gauges in panel
    Select this option to automatically optimize the fit of each gauge in the gauge panel.
  • Location and size
    Set the gauge location and size by unselecting the Auto-fit all gauges in panel option.
  • X Position
    Type a position, as a percentage of the gauge panel, that represents the X position of the gauge in the gauge panel, relative to the left of the gauge panel.
  • Y Position
    Type a position, as a percentage of the gauge panel, that represents the Y position of the gauge in the gauge panel, relative to the top of the gauge panel.
  • Width
    Type a width, as a percentage of the gauge panel.
  • Height
    Type a height, as a percentage of the gauge panel.
  • Pivot point location
    Specify the pivot point location, which will determine the point on the gauge, measured as a percentage of the gauge panel, from which the gauge will rotate. For example, the middle of the gauge is located at (50, 50).
  • X Position
    Type a position, as a percentage of the gauge panel, that represents the x position of the pivot point location in the gauge panel, relative to the left of the gauge panel.
  • Y Position
    Type a position, as a percentage of the gauge panel, that represents the x position of the pivot point location in the gauge panel, relative to the top of the gauge panel.
