This message retrieves a count of the buttons currently in the toolbar or soft key buttons in the central menu.

Syntax

TB_BUTTONCOUNT
    wParam = 0;
  lParam = 0;

Parameters

  • wParam
    Not used.
  • lParam
    Not used.

Return Value

For a toolbar, returns the number of buttons on success.

For a central menu, returns the number of soft key buttons (same value as SN_MAXMENUBARBUTTONS_VALUE) on success.
