• cbSize
  Structure size, in bytes.

• dwParams
  Specifies valid parameters. Must be one or a combination of the RILCOSTINFO parameter constants.

• dwCCM
  Specifies the current call meter.

• dwACM
  Specifies the accumulated call meter.

• dwMaxACM
  Specifies the maximum accumulated call meter.

• dwCostPerUnit
  Specifies the cost per unit, in 16.16 fixed point.

• wszCurrency[MAXLENGTH_CURRENCY]
  Current currency.
