BTHHID_IOCTL_HIDDisconnect (Compact 2013)

This I/O control message disconnects the Human Input Device (HID) class driver on the host from the peer device. Send this message with DeviceIoControl.

Syntax

    HANDLE hDevice,           // handle to device
    DWORD dwIoControlCode,    // use BTHHID_IOCTL_HIDDisconnect
    LPVOID lpInBuffer,        // pointer to input buffer
    DWORD nInBufferSize,      // input buffer size
    LPVOID lpOutBuffer,       // pointer to output buffer
    DWORD nOutBufferSize,     // output buffer size
    LPDWORD lpBytesReturned,  // number of bytes returned
    OVERLAPPED lpOverlapped   // pointer to OVERLAPPED structure
);

Parameters

  • hDevice
    [in] The handle to the device.
  • dwIoControlCode
    [in] Control code for the operation. Use BTHHID_IOCTL_HIDDisconnect for this operation.
  • lpInBuffer
    [in] Points to a BT_ADDR specifying the address of the Bluetooth-enabled HID.
  • nInBufferSize
    [in] sizeof(BT_ADDR).
  • lpOutBuffer
    Not used; set to NULL.
  • nOutBufferSize
    Not used; set to zero.
  • lpBytesReturned
    Not used; set to NULL.
  • lpOverlapped
    [in] Not used, set to NULL.
