Traditional Chinese (Compact 2013)

Windows Embedded Compact supports the Traditional Chinese locale, which includes support for Traditional Chinese languages, support for fonts that display Traditional Chinese characters, and an input method editor (IME) for users to input Traditional Chinese characters. Examples of Traditional Chinese languages include Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong SAR).

Windows Embedded Compact provides the following Traditional Chinese input methods to use with the Traditional Chinese Pocket IME.

Phonim.dll

A sample input method with a soft keyboard that accepts input based on the Bopomofo phonetic alphabet. It works with the Traditional Chinese Pocket IME.

Chang Jei

Chajeiim.dll

A sample input method with a soft keyboard that accepts Chang Jei input by radicals, which compose Chinese characters. It works with the Traditional Chinese Pocket IME.
