If the environment variable _TGTCPU is set to MIPS16 and this macro definition is set to 1, the following compiler flags are set.

-QMmips2 -D_M_MRX000=4000 -DNOMIPS16CODE

If _TGTCPU is set to MIPS16 and this macro definition is not set to 1, the following compiler flag is set.

-QMmips16
