This function returns the current time in seconds.
Syntax
DWORD OEMKitlGetSecs(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
The current time in seconds is returned.
Remarks
The absolute value is not important as long as it increments appropriately.
This value is typically read from a hardware counter or real-time clock.
