Private Sub ExcelAddNumericUpDown()

        Dim NumericUpDown1 As Microsoft.Office.Tools. _
            Excel.Controls.NumericUpDown = Me.Controls. _
            AddNumericUpDown(0, 0, 60, 15, "NumericUpDown1")
        NumericUpDown1.Value = 10

    End Sub
private void ExcelAddNumericUpDown()
