The PidTagOriginalSubmitTime property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.845) specifies the original e-mail message's submission date and time and is set to the value of the PidTagClientSubmitTime property (section 2.2.3.11). The property is used in reports only, and once set, it MUST NOT be changed.
