The PidTagOriginatorDeliveryReportRequested property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.846) indicates whether an e-mail sender requests an e-mail delivery receipt from an e-mail client or server. This property is set to either 0x01, in which case the sender requests the delivery report be sent to the e-mail sender or designated report receiver when the e-mail message is delivered, or 0x00 if the e-mail sender does not want to receive the delivery receipt.
