The PidTagDisplayBcc property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.675) is set to a list of Bcc recipient display names, separated by semicolons, if an e-mail message has Bcc recipients. Otherwise, this property contains an empty string, as specified in [MS-OXCMSG] section 3.2.5.2. This property is read-only for the client.
