The PidTagPrimarySendAccount property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.870) specifies the first server to be used by a client to send the mail with. The format of this property is implementation-dependent. This property can be used by the client to determine which server to direct the mail to but is optional and the value has no meaning to the server.
