The Description property of the specified file type contains non-ASCII characters. Windows Installer cannot evaluate non-ASCII characters; only ASCII characters in the range 0 to 127 are allowed.

To correct this error

  • Replace any non-ASCII characters with ASCII characters in the range 0 to 127.
