Writes an element with the specified local name, namespace URI, and value.

Parameters

prefix
Type: System.String
The prefix of the element.
localName
Type: System.String
The local name of the element.
ns
Type: System.String
The namespace URI of the element.
value
Type: System.String
The value of the element.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentException

The localName value is Nothing or an empty string.
