TableWidthType.Type property

Office 2013 and later

Table Width Type.Represents the following attribute in the schema: w:type

Namespace:  DocumentFormat.OpenXml.Wordprocessing
Assembly:  DocumentFormat.OpenXml (in DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll)

[SchemaAttrAttribute(, "type")]
public EnumValue<TableWidthUnitValues> Type { get; set; }

The following information from the ECMA International Standard ECMA-376 can be useful when working with this class.

Specifies the units of the width property being defined by the parent element’s w attribute. This property is used to define various properties of a table, including the cell spacing, preferred width, and table margins.

If this attribute is omitted, then its value shall be assumed to be dxa (twentieths of a point).

Consider a table with a table cell bottom spacing with a type of dxa:

<w:bottom ... w:type="dxa" />

This type shall therefore be used to interpret the width specified in the w attribute as a value in twentieths of a point.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_TblWidth simple type.
