CustomFilters Class

Custom Filters.When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is x:customFilters.

Flag indicating whether the two criterias have an "and" relationship. '1' indicates "and", '0' indicates "or".

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the W3C XML Schema boolean datatype.
