AppBar.open method
If the app bar is not disabled, opens the app bar on Windows and opens the secondary command menu on Windows Phone.
Syntax
appBar.open();
Parameters
This method has no parameters.
Return value
This method does not return a value.
Remarks
Listen for the onafteropen event if you want to perform an action after the app bar is displayed.
