Remarks
The ontouchcancel event indicates when a touch point has been disrupted, such as when a touch manipulation (i.e., panning or zooming) is initiated or more touch points are added to the surface than the device is capable of registering.
The target of the ontouchcancel event is the same element on which the touch point started when it was first placed on the surface, even if the touch point has since moved outside the interactive area of the target element.
The touch point or points that were removed are included in the changedTouches property of the TouchEvent, and are not included in the touches and targetTouches properties.
