These controls let you connect or disconnect the Kinect Studio tool to/from the Kinect Studio Service.

Control	Function	Description
	Hides metadata from view.	Hides metadata from view because some metadata may potentially contain personal information.
	Metadata type	Selects the Metadata Type: Public or Personal.
	Add new metadata.	Displays the metadata entry dialog.
	Delete metadata.	Deletes the metadata entry.

Note
By creating metadata of the ‘Personal’ type, you can attach e.g. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to the clip which - with the help of KSCONVERT - The Kinect Studio Clip Conversion Tool – can be stripped from the clip at a later time.
