Read (GET) a ComputerTier [SPFSDK][VMMREF]

Gets a ComputerTier [SPFSDK][VMMREF] entity by using the HTTP GET operation.

[Edm.Guid] The identifier of the stamp that restricts the query.

This example reads all the computer tiers available to the authenticated tenant.
