Asynchronously initiates the addition a Virtual Machine to an existing deployment.

• serviceName

  The name of the cloud service to which the Virtual Machine should be added.

  The VirtualMachineCreateParameters object that contains the parameters that are used to add a Virtual Machine to an existing deployment.

  The cancellation token.

An OperationResponse object that includes an HTTP status code and request ID.
