Remove a Service from a Plan

Removes a service from a plan.

Specify the Remove Plan Service request as follows: Replace <ServiceMgmt> with your Service Management API endpoint address. <PlanId> should be replaced with the identifier of the plan. Replace ServiceId with the service identifier of the service to be removed.
