Get a Hosting Server by Group
Applies To: Windows Azure Pack
Retrieves a hosting server from a server group.
Replace <ServiceMgmt> with your Service Management API endpoint address, <GroupId> with the identifier of the server group, and <HostingServerName> with the name of the hosting server.
