Sent when a window's position changes such that most of its area intersects a monitor with a dots per inch (dpi) that is different from the DPI before the position change.
The HIWORD of the wParam contains the Y-axis value of the new DPI of the suggested window. The LOWORD of the wParam contains the X-axis value of the new DPI of the suggested window. For example, 96, 120, 144, or 192.
A pointer to a RECT structure that provides the size and position of the suggested window, scaled for the new DPI.
If an application processes this message, it should return zero.
