Additional Information
The number column in the VAT statement form matches the numbers in the official tax statements. The numbers are also used for reference in descriptions of the subtotals.
Although the tax accounting fits the official tax form layout, the amounts still have to be entered into the forms. Otherwise, barcode and reference numbers for tax administration would be missing.
The report is designed solely for the realized VAT. Check this field in the general ledger setup.
The user must complete, as required, the personal use, special allowances, and adjustments to account for a change in the tax rate.
In the tax statement, tax free revenues are combined to a total. As required, they are apportioned in the official settlement form using the group total.
The report runs the VAT setup two times. First for sales entries (VAT liability), and then again for purchase entries (prepaid taxes).
