setTimeout method

Invokes a callback function after a set number of milliseconds has passed.

Note  These APIs can only be used with F12 developer tools and the Diagnostics Script Engine, and can't be called from JavaScript.

 

 

Syntax

DiagnosticsGlobalScope.setTimeout(callback, delay);

Parameters

  • callback [in]
    Type: Function

    Function to call back when delay is reached.

  • delay [in]
    Type: number

    Number of milliseconds to delay.

Return value

This method does not return a value.
