If you're a Windows user or a Macintosh user, consider setting up your account using one of the programs listed in the preceding table. Setting up your account with one of these programs instead of an Internet e-mail program that supports IMAP or POP lets you connect to your e-mail account automatically. Also, if you set up your account using one of the listed programs, you can use some calendaring and other collaboration features that aren't available if you connect through IMAP or POP.

If you're a Windows user who doesn't currently own Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010, you can download a free trial of Microsoft Office from the Microsoft Office Online Web site.
