Source of Data
A data source is a metadata description of a SQL Server database, a SQL Server Analysis Services cube, or an Oracle database running version 9.2.0.3 or later. A data source contains the information necessary to access the underlying database, information about how the database is structured, and descriptions of the data contained within it.
