RemoveByID Method

The RemoveByID method of the SPGroupCollection class removes the cross-site group with the specified member ID from the collection.

Parameters

id   A 32-bit integer that specifies the member ID.

Remarks

The value of the id parameter corresponds to the unique member ID for the cross-site group, which is contained in the ID property of the SPMember class.

Example

The following code example removes all cross-site groups with IDs between 50 and 100 from the site collection.

This example requires using directives (Imports in Visual Basic) for both the Microsoft.SharePoint and Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls namespaces.
