DataPointCollection::FindByValue Method (Double, String, Int32)

Finds the first data point that is equal to the specified value, starting from the specified index location.

DataPoint^ FindByValue(
	double valueToFind, 
	String^ useValue, 
	int startIndex
)

Parameters

valueToFind
Type: System::Double
The data point value to find.
useValue
Type: System::String
The data point value to use (X, Y1, Y2...).
startIndex
Type: System::Int32
The index location of the data point to start searching from.

Return Value

Type: System.Web.UI.DataVisualization.Charting::DataPoint
The DataPoint that matches the specified value, or nullptr if there is no match.

Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
