How to Configure a Site Resource
After you add a site resource to a site, you can change the properties used by the site resource at any time. All site resources used by a site expose an object at the site level.
Global resources that are used by a site expose an object at the site level (a global resource pointer); however, the only property that the object exposes is a pointer to the associated global resource. For information about how to configure global resources, see How to Configure a Global Resource.
To configure a site resource
-
Expand Commerce Server Manager, expand Commerce Sites, and then expand the site that you want to administer.
-
Expand Site Resources, right-click the site resource to be configured, and then click Properties.
-
In the Properties dialog box, select the property you want to configure, and then type the value in the Selected Property Value box.
-
When you are finished configuring the properties for the site resource, click OK.
-
After you change a property in Commerce Server Manager, you must restart all services that use those values. For instructions, see How to Restart IIS and How to Restart Commerce Server Services.
