Managing Your Customers and Orders
You use the Customer and Orders Manager to manage the collection of data on your Web site. For example, you can define what data to collect from customers, and what data to export to the Data Warehouse. You can also manage profiles; for example, to change a customer's password or an organization's administrative contact.
You also use the Customer and Orders Manager to search your Commerce Server 2009 database for existing order information and to delete saved baskets that are no longer being used. For example, you can track the location of an order in the order process by using order status codes. This enables you to find where an order might be blocked or have unresolved problems.
