Using Commerce Server Configuration Tools

This section provides information about how to use the Commerce Server configuration tools. Two tools are provided:

  • Commerce Server Configuration Wizard

  • Commerce Server configuration command-line tool

These tools are used to configure the following Commerce Server systems:

  • Commerce Server Administration Database

  • Commerce Server Direct Mailer Service

  • Commerce Server Staging System

Note

You must configure Commerce Server 2009 on each server on which you install Commerce Server 2009 core components. You do not have to configure the computers on which only the Commerce Server Business Management applications or Commerce Server Adapters for BizTalk Server are installed.
