Cancel a workflow instance [AX 2012]

Follow these steps to stop a workflow instance.

Click Home > Inquiries > Workflow > Workflow history.

From the Filter by status list, select one of the following statuses to filter the list:

Pending – Display only workflow instances that are currently processing.

Stopped (error) – Display only workflow instances that have stopped because of an error.

Select the workflow instance that you want to stop.

Click Recall. The Cancel workflow dialog box is displayed.

Enter a comment that explains why you are canceling the workflow instance. Click OK.
